Shipping policy
1. Where we ship
Foxed & Bound ships within Estonia. Additional destinations may be added later and will be announced on this page.
2. Delivery methods and costs
We deliver via parcel lockers and selected courier services. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery times
Delivery time has two parts: dispatch time (how long it takes us to send your parcel) and transit time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it). Total delivery time is the sum of the two.
Dispatch time depends on whether the item is in stock with us or ordered from a publisher or wholesaler after your purchase. Each product page shows the dispatch estimate for that specific item.
If your order combines items with different dispatch times, we will normally hold the order and ship everything together once the slowest item arrives. If you would prefer split shipping at extra cost, contact us within a few hours of placing the order.
Transit time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days within Estonia, depending on the carrier you choose at checkout (Omniva, DPD, or Itella SmartPost parcel lockers, or courier to address).
We will always confirm the dispatch date by email when your order ships. If an item turns out to be unavailable or significantly delayed beyond the estimate shown at purchase, we will contact you within a reasonable time and offer either to wait, to substitute, or to cancel the affected item with a full refund. Under Estonian and EU consumer law, if we cannot deliver within 30 days of purchase and have not agreed a longer period with you, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly subscription parcels are dispatched between the 12th and 15th of each month, after billing closes on the 1st–5th. You will receive an email with the carrier tracking number once your parcel ships.
Address changes for the current month must be made before the 8th of the same month. After that, the parcel ships to the address on file.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
6. Parcel collection
You have 5 calendar days to collect a parcel-locker delivery before it is returned to us by the carrier. If your parcel is returned because it was not collected and no failure on our part caused this, we will contact you. You may choose to have it re-shipped at your cost, or receive a refund of the goods (less return shipping fees charged by the carrier).
7. Damaged or lost parcels
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 7 days at hey@foxedandbound.com. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
If a parcel does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We do not consider a parcel lost until the carrier has confirmed it.
8. Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address or parcel locker you selected, or when you (or someone you nominated) takes possession of it. Until then, the risk lies with us.
9. Customs and import
For orders shipped within Estonia and the EU, no customs duties apply. For any future destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
