Refund policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from us at a distance (online), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is granted by Estonian law (Võlaõigusseadus § 56) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The 14-day period begins:

  • for individual goods: on the day you (or a third party you nominated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods;
  • for orders containing multiple items shipped separately: on the day you receive the last item;
  • for subscription parcels: on the day you receive each individual parcel.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14 days expire.

2. How to withdraw

You can withdraw in this way:

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the goods to us within 14 days:

Return shipping is at your own cost unless we sent you the wrong or defective item. We recommend using a tracked parcel service or parcel locker, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

The goods must be returned in a condition that allows resale: unread or only briefly handled to assess them as you would in a shop, with all packaging, inserts, and any free gifts. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics.

4. Refunds

We will refund the full purchase price, including original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom gift boxes with engraved or personalised items);
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;
  • newspapers, periodicals, and magazines (except subscription contracts to such publications);
  • sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, once unsealed;
  • gift cards and digital content delivered electronically once you have given express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends.

Books, stationery, and unsealed subscription items remain returnable under the standard 14-day right.

6. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a free return, and at your choice we will repair, replace, or fully refund the item. This is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal and to the 2-year statutory warranty under Estonian law.

7. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription renewal at any time from your customer account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to each individual subscription parcel — if you withdraw within 14 days of receiving a parcel, you can return that parcel for a refund under the conditions above.

Prepaid gift subscriptions: once the first parcel has shipped, the gift subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded as a whole. Each individual parcel remains subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal as above.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your refund or return, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the TTJA (https://komisjon.ee) or to the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Model withdrawal form
